New Bon Harbor tank on the hill above RWRA Max
Rhoades plant
4
Overflow and trough with diffusers for energy
break up and rip rap against the tank. Care
should be taken to ensure water does not flow
back toward the foundation of the tank.
5
Rubber bladder on overflow is designed to close
when not in use. It extends only a short distance
from the tank. Care should be taken to not let
water run back toward the foundation of the tank.
6
Trough from Bon Harbor discharge looking toward
the aeration basins at Max Rhoades RWRA plant.

Screened overflow has the splash plate draining
back toward the foundation of the tank with some
standing water outside of the tank and inside the
locked fence. Drainage issues have been worked on
in the past extensively. Slope may be a problem
for adequate drainage.
30
