General Rules

• Respect activities in progress. Go around.
• Share equipment and return.
• Tag and chase games are not allowed.
• Balls may not be kicked on the blacktop.
• Throwing ball against the building is not
  allowed.
• Stay off the hill by the homes.
• No equipment from home.

Swings

• One person in a swing.
• You must sit on your bottom in a swing.
• You must pump the swing on your own.
• Twisting, wrapping, and jumping from swings is
  not allowed.
• Share and take turns
• Wait on the sidewalk for a swing.

Rings and Monkey Bars

• Rings must be used with hands gripping the ring.
• Hanging upside down is not allowed.
• Monkey bars go towards the stairs.
• Rings start at the ladder and go toward the
  platform.

Slide

• One person at a time on the slide.
• Slide on bottom with feet first.
• Stay away from the bottom of the slide.
• No climbing on the slide
• Do not stop inside of the slide.
• No running up the slide.

Balance Beam, Monorails andU-bouncers

• One person at a time on each piece.
• Jumping on the balance beam not allowed.
• Walk on the balance beam towards the stairs.
• Must be able to get monorails grips on your own.
• No pushing others on monorail.

BE CAREFUL!

Climbing Bars by Swings

• One climber at a time is permitted on each bar.
• Climb down until feet touch the ground.
• No climbing onto the wood at the top.

Parallel Bars by Swings

• You may support your self on the bars with your
  arm.
• You may swing legs over the bars.
• Hanging upside down on bars is not allowed.
• Standing on top of bars in not allowed.

All Playground Equipment

• Jumping off any equipment is not allowed
• Climbing on top of any equipment is not allowed.
• Climbing on the outside of any equipment is not
  allowed.

Basketball

• 10 players per game.
• No contact
• Share the ball if just shooting baskets.
• Return the ball when the game is over.

Jump Ropes

• Jump ropes are for jumping only.
• Take turns and share.
• Return the rope when finished.

Soccer

• Only one ball on the field.
• 11 players per team.
• No hands.
• Use proper throw-ins.
• No contact.
• Sliding will not be allowed.
• Rough housing will not be allowed.
• NO HANGING ON SOCCER GOALS.
