social housing efficiency initiatives in five
pilot organisations
  • Deliverables
  • An agreed model bespoke to CFM for carrying out
    Current State Analysis
  • A complete analysis of the current state for each
    of the 5 organisations
  • Identified efficiency opportunities and barriers
  • Benefits case that describes the size of the
    prize if the efficiencies are made
  • Agreed outline plan for moving forward

The participation of Richmond will have a
different character to that of the others because
of the absence of social housing stock
