INTERCONNECT CARDS.

• Write some of the key points for the topic you
  are learning, onto card or paper.
• Deal out the cards to a group of study buddies!
• Take it in turns to place a card down on the
  table touching another card as you place the
  card down you must explain to the group, how the
  information links with the card it is touching?
• The game moves on to the next player, who then
  takes it in turn to place their card down
• Have a look at the following example.

There is no limit to the number of words you can
use, this will vary from topic to topic, and on
how much you want to learn.

THE GAME DEVELOPS.
You might play this card with an explanation that
Henry divorced two of his wives, this could be
developed to name them Catherine of Aragon and
Anne of Cleves, continue the explanation saying
why he divorced them
The Pope is the head of the Roman Catholic
Church, which did not allow divorce. The led to a
major falling out, and the setting up of the
Church of England. You could expand with this
period in history.
Anne Boleyn could be placed next to Catherine of
Aragon because she was her lady in waiting. This
card could also be placed next to Henry V111,
with a verbal explanation that she was his second
wife.
Catherine of Aragon was Henrys first wife, the
explanation could then go on to explain how they
were married in 1509, that they had a daughter,
Mary, and that Henry went on to divorce Catherine
because he wanted a son and heir to the throne.
This card might be placed first, with an
explanation that Henry V111 was an exceptionally
important figure in History.

The game continues until all the cards are
placed. A card must always be placed so that it
touches at least one other card.
