• A2 seals
• M2 cuts down with audible call for ball and then
  seals
• M1 cuts with belly arc to receive pass and shot
• Move ball quickly and make good cuts
• Shooter needs to beat his man and belly out to
  maintain space
• Need to seal D away from passing lane
• If no open pass move to option 2
• M1 move towards center
• A3 moves up to shot position
• A2 moves to behind net
• Ball moves to M3 to M1 for shot or then to A3 for
  shot
• Transition quickly from option 1 to option 2 and
  ball moves quickly while D is unsettled

• A1 starts with ball and moves to top with the
  ball drawing a defender
• A2 moves to replace A1 and draws defender
• M1 makes hard cut to crease
• A1 passes to A2
• A2 passes to M1 for shot
• A1 and A2 need to draw defender
• Move the ball quickly
• If defense gets pulled to play side
• Ball moves to M2 instead and draws defender
• Ball moves to M3 for two on one with M3 and A3
  against backside D

• Ball moves around the outside from one low
  corner to the other
• As ball comes back up top ball carrier draws his
  defender then moves the ball
• When ball reaches far top corner, four man
  rotation occurs
• Ball move quickly to center mid
• Skip pass to wing attack
• Defense should be loaded to one side
• Move ball behind goal to low attack who has
  dropped down
• Dodge to draw defender or shoot
• Backside mid should be by himself
