• HASC SACS have marked
• CONACT available on ACSIM Web Page
• There are a number of potential adds (including
  AT/FP)
• MCA Future Year Defense Program (FYDP)
• Has Been Reorganized to Match New Funding Levels
• FY 04 Budget Estimate Submission (BES) will be
  reviewed and submitted to OSD by the end of
  August

• Starting with the FY03 UMMCA program, ISCE costs
  will be the same as MILCON
• We will ask ISEC-FDEO to review the IS Cost
  Estimates. It will not be a formal certification
  process, but will be similar in nature.
