  • Our bodys are like cars. To keep are bodys
    going we have to keep on toping are selves up
    with fuel. To do that you have to keep on eating
    healthily.

Foods that are good for you.
Carbohydrates Potatoes, Pasta, Cereal, Rice,
Bread, and Noodles. Vitamins and Minerals
Apples, Bananas, Grapes, Pears, Cherries,
Peaches, Strawberries, Oranges, Kiwi, Peas,
Carrots, Onions, Cabbage, Spinach, Cauliflower,
Lettuce, Turnip, Broccoli. Protein Chicken,
Lentils, Beans, Meat, Soya, Fish, Egg
Foods that are bad for you.
Hidden Fat and Sugar Cake, Sweets, Chocolate,
Biscuits, Ice-Cream, Crisps, Fizzy Drinks, Fast
Foods-Chips, Fried Rice, Sausage Rolls. Fat
Cheese, Margarine, Whole Milk, Butter, Fat on
Meat and Poultry.

  • Food gives the body the energy it needs for all
    growth and repair of our body, normal body
    functions like our heart beat, breathing and for
    activates such as walking, riding a bike,
    skateboarding or playing football.
