  council particularly at a senior level, thus
  improving the health of the population
• Levering in improvements in employment and skills
  in Tower Hamlets through the power of being a
  major employer (esp if you count PCT
  commissioning)
• Providing better health and social care through
  joining up teams at a local level and having
  integrated pathways

• Making a big improvement in the health of our
  workforces which in turn can deliver public
  health outcomes
• Sharing some activities, particularly around
  equality, learning and development, and
  mainstream HR
• Making a more strategic and professional HR input
  to the PCT Exec team and board
• Shaping the development of both organisations
  under the aspirations of each Chief Executive
