- Rolling launch beginning March 16th
- Participating Libraries Contribute to
Collection (11 committed to date) - Participating libraries have input on title
selection - Each library has its own account with usage
reporting access - Access fees waived for first year (based on
Pop Served or Circ) - 25 discount on title purchases

5Benefits to Participating Libraries
- CALIFA will handle licensing for all member
libraries - By pooling funds, access to large collection
for example - 5000 commitment will provide access to 75,000
worth of titles (125 title copies versus
1,875 title copies) - Waived member libraries access fee for first
year - Member library will receive CALIFA consortia
content discount of 25 off local collection
title purchases through March, 2010 - No minimum title purchase quantity required
for local collection purchase - INGRAM single source for print books,
e-books, e-audio, etc.

in addition to WMA devices for DRM and non DRM
titles - No software, platform charges most funds go
to content - PC and Mac compatible software Ingram Media
