Kiosk Mode

• The Keyboard does not work except for the Esc key
  (which exits the presentation).
• The mouse can be used to click action buttons and
  hyperlinks, but clicking in general does nothing
• The control buttons do no appear in the bottom
  left corner of the display and you cannot
  right-click to open a menu
