  extra sports and arts as well as adult education
  and wider community activities

  Century standards
• transforming learning and teaching environments
• Strategic capital investment programme with
  15-year lifetime
• Sustained capital investment without inflation,
  approx 45 billion over lifetime of programme
  (2.2 billion a year)
• subject to future public spending decisions
  Funding allocation
• 50 New Build, 35 Major Refurbishment and 15
  Minor Works
