Quality Control Circles
  • It began as quality control circles in Japan in
the 1970s and has since blossomed into a
    full-blown trend targeted towards greater
    collaboration in the workplace.
  • In reality, the movement began much earlier when
    psychologists began experimenting with work
groups in the early 1900s. This experimentation
continued throughout the century, yielding much
knowledge about how people work and think
    together.

7
Transactional Analysis (TA)
  • It is a psychoanalytic theory of psychology
developed by psychiatrist Eric Berne during the
    late 1950s.
  • Revising Freud's concept that human psyche
composed of the Superego, the Ego and the Id,
Berne instead postulated three "ego states" - the
Parent, Adult and Child states - which are
    largely shaped through childhood experiences.

8
Tamil Information Technology (IT)
  • IT is the technology required for information
processing, in this case, in Tamil. In particular
it deals with the use of computers and computer
software to convert, store, protect, process,
    transmit, and retrieve information. Participants
will be taught on how to use (Unicode) Tamil in
