What is Bright 4 Sight Day?

• A fun, simple local appeal where people get
  dressed up in bright clothing and donate 1 which
  will help local blind and partially sighted
  people.
• Bright 4 Sight day will be on Friday December 7th
  2007.
• We are asking you to brighten up Leicester,
  Leicestershire and Rutland.
• Go on, wear Bright 4 Sight!

Who benefits?

• Vistas service users, of whom, there are nearly
  6000 in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
• Vistas aim is to support blind and partially
  sighted people to achieve their aspirations as
  valued individuals in society.

Why does Vista need to raise funds?

• For support services that help people affected by
  a visual impairment.
• For raising awareness to help people understand
  how visual impairments can affect lives.

How YOU can help..

• By wearing bright clothes to school on Friday 7th
  December and making a donation, you will be
  helping local blind and partially sighted people
  to lead full and independent lives.
• Organise extra fundraising activities such as a
  sponsored silence or bake some cakes to sell or
  even face painting!
