• Try pair work with one class you wouldnt dream

• allowing to talk usually.
• - Dont be disheartened if it goes wrong. See if
  you can get
• someone to observe a similar lesson and point out
  what
• is happening.
• - Try to have some exploratory whole class
  sessions.
• (Ones where you dont know all the
  answers)Practise with a
• brighter KS4 group first.
• Despite time constraints plan for some
  presentations from
• students in at least one lesson next term.
• Set yourselves a challenge.
