Four Basic Premises of Learning

• Learning is enhanced when presented in

• Most people learn best experientially
• Most people learn best through interpersonal
• communication, sharing, etc
• Transfer of learning from one situation to
• another
• - Is not a given
• - Is a skill to be learned
