• NOT BECAUSE THE OLD REPORT WAS WRONG IN FACT,
  IT IS EVERGREEN!! RECALL assure, assess, and
  develop policy These STILL need to form the
  basis for advocacy.

  are likely to shape the future
• THEN use visioning to generate scenarios, or
  potential realities for which public health in
