• Huge increase in funding in the run up to SP
• A lot of new or expanded services are in place
• All authorities up and running with SP
• Benefits of being small unitaries
• Know providers well
• Small Commissioning Bodies
• Integration of housing social services

  (plus Oxon, Bucks and Milton Keynes for
  Thames Valley Cross Authority Group)
• Client Record forms starting to give evidence of
  movement across authorities locally and
  nationally. Will inform future developments.
