PRIDE PERKS GIFT CARD PROGRAM
YOU WIN, WE WIN Finally a Fundraiser That Pays
YOU! Lincoln Lion Parents/Guardians,Pride
Perks raises money for our school while you earn
money too! Each gift card purchase you make
through this program will earn cash back that is
split between Lincoln School PTA and YOU. There
are many choices of merchant cards -- groceries,
fuel, movies, restaurants and much more.
Heres how it works! Every gift card purchased
through Pride Perks has a set earnings percentage
or rebate. 50 of that rebate amount will go to
Lincoln School PTA and the remaining 50 will go
back to you. Merchant donations are tracked and
on a quarterly basis (November, February, May)
you will receive a check for the total amount of
gift card rebates youve earned. Thats real
money back in your pocket. To get started,
there is an order form attached to this letter
listing the many merchants whose cards are
available and the percentage rebate they offer.
You can mail this order form with payment in the
form of a check payable to Simplified Scrip. No
credit card purchases are allowed and payment for
gift cards can only be made by check. You may
also place orders online at www
simplifiedscrip.com or through the link at www
lincolnschoolpta.org. This method of ordering
will require that you provide a bank routing
number so funds can be automatically withdrawn
from your bank account. Gift cards will be
delivered to your home within 7 business days.
DO NOT SEND ORDER FORMS TO SCHOOL. On the
order form, indicate Lincoln School PTA in the
Name of School receiving Merchant Donation
field and enter your name in the Recipient Name
field. Simplified Scrip tracks the earnings from
the 50/50 split of the merchant rebate. If you
would prefer that Lincoln School PTA receive100
of the merchant donations, leave the Recipient
