Design Choices

• Based on Nubira IP harness (300wires)
• Double sided
• Assumed all tracks 1mm width (soft current
  switching), with 1mm space
• No through connections

Issues Arising from Exercise

• Some high current tracks still required in a soft
  current switching IP harness
• These are for End Users powered via the IP
  harness
• Cigar lighter 10A
• Blower motor 15-25A
• Radio cassette fused 10-15A
• Navigational aids/mobile phone/other enhancements?

• Still negotiating on Freedom package

  establish connectivity problems
• Interim random pattern of 1mm tracks (Pressac)
• Modification for high current tracks
• Addition of connector land patterns
• Addition of fine line patterns for SMT
