Site related issues to discuss to enable
participants to complete rating

• Write on large sticky label any site related
  issues to discuss to enable participants to
  complete the rating e.g. may relate to one site
  specific or to a number of sites
• Collect issues
• Categorise whether the issue pertains to a number
  of sites or whether it is site specific
• Identify who wishes to speak on those issues
• Allocate time and speakers
• Discuss issues pertaining to a number of sites
• Discuss issues that are site specific (in order
  as per rating form)

What happens now

• Registered participant rating process and key
  dates
• Forum on Thursday August 23th to discuss issues
  to enable submission of individual ratings
• By Friday August 31st individual ratings
  submitted to DAA (by mail or at Forum on August
  23rd)
• Data Analysis Australia to undertake independent
  analysis of individual ratings and provide report
  to participants
• WC Multi criteria sustainability assessment
• GHD is currently analysing input and working with
  WC
• GHD to prepare report to WC by end of August
• GHD to provide feedback to the community on
  findings at future public forum
• Water Corporation decision making process
• All information analysed during September
• WC to present recommendation to Minister and
  Government
• Future public forum to provide feedback from
  Water Corporation on deliberations and
  recommendation
