• Supplier Management
• Develop a Supply Management System as it
  relates to your incoming suppliers quality
  issues.
• Provide consistent and steady crews of inspectors
  and supervision on-site at your facility.
• Provide proactive training with respect to plant
  rules, regulations, health and safety.
• Provide full in-depth transition plans for
  existing scopes of work as it relates to quality
  services.
• Provide an ARL facility to take long term quality
  containments off your floor ensuring that your
  facility receives 100 certified material.
• Provide consistent control over our teams to
  ensure 100 compliance with our customers
  expectations.
• If non-conforming parts are found, ARL will
  provide immediate 24/7 support to contain the
  problem.
• ARL will only ship certified parts and provide
  all required data upon your request which reduces

  charging back non-conforming product to the

Re-work of Production Components In some
situations, non-conforming parts can be used if
modified or reworked to specification. ARL will
work with your quality department and engineers
to rework the identified parts to your
specifications. Inspection Services All of ARL
employees are qualified to sort non-conforming or
suspect material. ARL is a resource that can help
you deal with quality issues quickly and
effectively. We will inspect material at your
customers location, your location, your suppliers
location, or divert material to one of our
facilities for inspection. ARL offers
inspection services in containment level 1 and 2,
and contract in-house sorting.
Sequencing ARL has the ability to schedule
releases from raw material suppliers, receive
inventory, place stock into containers based on
manufacturers broadcast and bar code containers
for bulk JIT distribution into manufacturer
facilities. Sub-Assembly ARL has the ability
to sub-assemble finished product based on
customer specifications, place finished stock
into containers, label containers and distribute
finished product to our customers desired
location.

Kitting ARL has the ability to kit parts to
assist with work cell balancing, which allows
operations to run efficiently. The kitting of
parts reduces much of the movement and decision
making time from a build process. Re-Packing AR
L has the ability to receive raw materials,
warehouse inventory, re-package inventory into
containers based on your specifications and
distribute re-packaged inventory to your desired
location. Warehousing and Distribution Our
warehouses and cross docking facilities are
accessible 24/7 to all of our customers. ARL has
facilities conveniently located near major
manufacturing facilities. The automotive sector
is particularly demanding. Flexibility and
performance of the various suppliers and service
providers contribute to the logistics and
distribution chain. There are few other sectors
that have time windows so narrow, stock levels so
fine and manufacturing processes so
flexible. Vehicle parts and components are
ordered and delivered just in time or on a
customer specified schedule. To meet these
demands all the processes in the supply chain
must function smoothly and be kept under constant
control. To cater to these demands, ARL is
constantly developing innovative logistics
solutions.

Returnable Container Management ARL has a
program to control returnable containers into
your facility or your supplier locations. ARL
will work to your production schedules by
providing containers to the lines on a JIT
schedule. This frees up valuable production floor
