- Street trees strategically located in front of
building corners, blank walls, and parking lots. - Tree grates are used along Main St. with
exception of bump out areas - Tree layout carefully considers underground
utilities, façade signage, signal poles, light
pole layout.

- Streetscape incorporates design cues from Opera
House Square (LDR plan). Features include
half-circle tree pits, brick banding, trash
receptacles, bike racks, and benches.
FLUSH CONCRETE EDGE
- Modified street tree planter detail reduces snow
plow damage by replacing the raised concrete edge
w/ a flush edge.
