• Header identifies the type of code used
  (00110000 (binary) identifies a SGTIN-96)
• Filter currently not used
• Partition describes the split between Company
  Prefix and Item Reference (5 means 2420 for
  company and item)

• Company Prefix Company Code (assigned by
  EPCGlobal country organizations)
• Item Reference UPC product code
• Serial Number Serialized within the company and
  product codes
