Links to Centers Strategic Plan

• Lead to improved quality of care, quality of life
  and outcomes for patients directly influence
  policy.
• Future grant applications will require an
  implementation and dissemination plan.
• REI PE will provide a mechanism for tracking and
  monitoring this initiative.
• Recruitment of TLs with needed expertise in
  healthcare management, health communication, and
  organization/structure of complex adaptive
  systems.
• Existing TLs can then develop and further their
  own research agenda with implementation in mind.
