• The CAO/SPE will approve Acquisition Strategy for
  major acquisitions throughout DOT

  Assessing the Acquisition Function within its
  office.

  in-house review by OSPE and other OA contracting

• Federal Acquisition Certifications for Contract

  subscription to develop expertise of staff and
  add valuable resources
