Gods love

• For God so loved the world that He gave His one
  and only Son

Why did Jesus have to die?

  in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no

Why love God back?

• Because of Jesus! All our sin, guilt and shame
  gone!
• Because He, the Creator of the Universe wants an
  intimate relationship with us!
• Because only He gives us life to the full whilst
  were here, and life eternal once were gone

How should we respond?Inward

• Choose to accept or reject Jesus
• I tell you the truth, whoever sits on a fence
  shall not inherit the Kingdom of God!
• If we accept, we must, through faith, seek His
  forgiveness and welcome Him into the driving seat
• Humility, honesty and vulnerability
• Thankfulness
• A change of direction for our lives

How should we respond?

• If anyone would come after me, he must deny
  himself and take up his cross and follow me. For
  whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but
  whoever loses his life for me will find it. Mat
  1624-25.
• And he died for all, that those who live should
  no longer live for themselves but for him who
  died for them and was raised again. 2 Cor 516
• He must be our first priority
• He must be our first and only master
• Our time, energies, gifts and abilities, money
  and resources, decisions, life choices.

• Be filled daily by His Holy Spirit
• Recognise what we struggle with and bring it
  before Him
• Spend time with Him
• Commit ourselves to our relationship with Him
• Serve Him
• Seek His will for our lives

• Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus
  did. 1 John 21-6
• Be a witness to what Jesus has done for us
• Love like Jesus loved
• Forgive as Jesus forgave
• Serve like Jesus served
• Seek purity, peace, justice and righteousness
• Seek to glorify God in all that we do
