Eligibility

Qualified professionals and parents look at the
childs evaluation results. They decide if the
child is a child with a disability as defined
by IDEA. Parents may ask for a hearing to
challenge the eligibility decision.

IEP Meeting Scheduled
  • Letter of Invitation
  • Contact participants
  • Schedule the meeting.
  • Parents may invite people to the meeting.
