    the reporting period

    costs incurred by each beneficiary

    items (amount, date of purchase, supplier, short
    description) or travel costs (date of trip,
    person travelling, destination, purpose, cost per
    trip), etc

  • Due when 375 kEURO of funding is reached

    the reporting period

  • Audits
  • The Commission may carry out audits at any time
    during the implementation of the project and up
    to five years after the end of the project
  • Audits may cover financial, systemic and other
    aspects (e.g. accounting and/or management
    principles) relating to the proper execution of
    the grant agreement.
