  struggling to get outside the box and integrate
  electronic resources

Cancellation of Print

• What happens when you cancel over 600 print
  titles at once?
• What issues came up?
• Communication was important.

The Scale Is Tipping

• Reduction of print check-in as we cancel print
  subscriptions
• Periodical reading room affected
• Binding notices the changes
• The mailroom slows down

Symptoms Of Change

• Better card maintenance
• PRR inventoried their holdings
• Bind Prep is able to work on their
  backlogged/problem titles
• The mailroom has less mail

Tiresome Symptoms

• PRR noticed titles that have been suspended
• Bind Prep began requesting replacement issues
  needed to complete their work
• Items get bound too quickly
