  countermeasures/solutions to their problems.

  characteristics.
• 2) To analyze the refugee policies locally and
  abroad, and the examples of refugee situations in
  foreign countries.
• 3) To prepare comprehensive measures for the
  benefit of the North Korean Adolescent Refugees.
