• Contractor Install failed in December 2003
• Contractor Contract ended March 2004
• New development Team started work in January 2005
• Argos SUA went operational April 2005
• System will be under enhancement through May 2006
• Feedback on the system is welcomed

SUA Renewal Letter Procedure And the Data Denial
Policy

• SUA Renewal letter Procedure and Data denial
  Policy were reviewed at the Intercessional.
  Co-Chairs decide not to employ data denial
  procedures
• CLS/SAI feedback was to reduce the three letters
  to one and take a hands on approach to achieving
  renewals in a timely manor
• Intercessional minutes SAI/CLS will report at
  the OPSCOM the numbers of unresolved renewals.
  The OPSCOM will use this information to ensure
  there is a minimal amount of active programs with
  expired SUAs
