• Our Mission is to provide Americans with a taste
  of Authentic American-Mediterranean cuisine, and
  fine wines at reasonable prices. We plan to
  provide excellent customer service with an unique
  and romantic atmosphere.

Location and Hours Of Operation

• 1123 Coronado Island, San Diego, California,
  right off the bay
• Monday-Thursday 6pm-10pm
• Friday-Saturday 5pm-11pm
• We will be open six days a week for a total of 32
  hours/week.

• Full time cook Rauel Parker(9 years experience)
• Full time dishwasher Jaenen pind (8 years
  experience)
• Linda King and I will also start off as
  bartenders and waiters for our establishment
