1
Its the Mickey Mouse digestive parts
  • Come inside, its fun inside!

2
Mickey Mouse wants to eat this cookie. He needs
to use his digestive system to do it.
To make his body appear, you have to say the
magic wordsMeeska, mooska, Mickey Mouse!
3
Mickey needs something to chew his food. Hell
need a mouse-ka-tool. Everybody say, Oh Toodle!
  • Can a mouth help him chew his food?

It sure can!
Teeth in the mouth chew food with the help of the
saliva that moistens the food. The tongue pushes
the chewed food to the back of the throat and the
food goes down.
4
Now Mickey needs something in which the food can
travel to the stomach. Everybody say, Oh
Toodle!
  • Can the intestines help the food travel?

Can the esophagus help the food travel to the
stomach?
Can the stomach help the food travel?
Well have to use the mystery mouse-ka-tool.
Everybody say, Mystery Mouse-ka-tool!
Sure it can! Food travels down the esophagus to
the stomach.
5
Where does the food go next? It needs to be
mashed and churned.
Does it go to the intestines next?
Does it go to the stomach next?
It sure does. The stomach helps to mash and churn
the food so that it can turn into a liquid.
6
Where does the food go next? We have one more
mouse-ka-tool. Say, Oh Toodle!
We need the intestines to break down the food
particles even more. Then, the nutrients from
the liquid food flow into the bloodstream. Some
of the food substance leaves the body as waste.
7
Good job! You helped Mickey to eat and digest
his cookie!
He used the mouth to chew the food.
He used the esophagus to pass the food to the
