• The setting is Summer time at Vermillion River.

• The characters are Joel, one of the main
  characters. The other main character is Tony.
  Some other important characters are Tonys
  parents, Joels parents, a teenage boy, a
  teenage girl,Bobby,Joels little brother,and some
  police officers.

Problems

• Tony died in the Vermillion River.
• Tonys parents dont know about Tony drowning in
  the river.
• Joel is afraid to tell Tonys parents about what
  happened at Vermillion River.

• Joel doesnt want Tony to know he is scared to
  climb the Bluffs.
• Joel doesnt want Tony to know he is scared of
  swimming in the Vermillion River.
• Tony doesnt know how to swim.
• Tony drowns in the river.
• Joel tells some teenagers passing in a car.
• The teenagers say they should tell a police.

• The police came and told Tonys parents that they

Ending

• Joel told Tonys parents what happened .Then he
  ran home. He went to his room and cried. His
  father and mother went to talk to him. Then they
  let him calm down and he went to sleep.

• I think this was a good book. I would recommend
  this book to people who like touching
  stories.Everyone should read it. I learned if
  something happens that is your falt dont keep it
  to yourself tell a grownup.
