• Level 3 standard Task Group (Weitzman as
  convener approved by task group, due 30 Nov
  2006)
• Level 1 2 standards tested in applications
  (Wilton, Whitbread report due 31 Dec 2006)
• Level 2/3 standards use of other standards, incl.
  MODS/METSapproach Library of Congress TREC
  (NIST) for funding/collaboration (Heidorn to
  approach 31 Jan 2007)
• Work out appropriate way to mesh TDWG LSID policy
  with DOIs already in use for publications
  (Heidorn, Thomson, Catapano, others 30 June
  2007)
• Liaise with BHL and EDIT (Thomson, Weitzman
  Lyal ongoing)

• TIP Team advice with LSIDs, Ontology, and other

  for improvement to mailing lists
