4.1 Modifications to the (broadcasting) Plans

• Types of modifications for which Art. 4 procedure

  the digital Plan
• Cancel (suppress) from the Plans an allotment or
  an assignment.

  the Radio Regulations of assignment to
  broadcasting stations
• First examination is RR11.31, conformity with the
  Table of Frequency Allocations
• If favourable, examination under RR11.34 can
  continue .
