Modifications from TB2003

• Added 2nd QPLL/XTAL to improve FE clocking
  layout.
• Added 2nd FPGA to allow for TMR
• Modified Status bits to be cleared on a
  communication with master(Will be controls
  responsibility to monitor and operate on them).
• QPLL lock bits monitored.
• Added Broadcast Commands via TTC system. (QIE
  Reset FE PLL Reset)
• Added Delay Register to QIE Reset Command.
• New PCB physical layout Mechanical Shell

• STATUS
• (1) Version 4 CCM preproduction assembled and
  tested. 5 more will be assembled at FNAL(limited
  by QPLL s)
• 3 of 4 the board layouts will be used for
  production.
• 4th board had minor modification. (New layout
  finished)
• Ordered production quantity of 150 of each of the
  4 boards(panelized as a group) with delivery of
  Feb. 27th
• Parts will be delivered to Assembly house on Feb.

• 1st order will be back - 1st week of March.
• 144 assembled panels by March 12th.

• Status cont.
• Mechanical shells are being fabricated by Florida
  State University (Vasken)
• Drawings are finished and material is in house
• Prototype will be constructed next week
• Mid March delivery
• Radiation testing of Production unit scheduled
• Indiana U. Cyclotron - March 16th
• Delivery to CERN hopefully end of March for a
  number of them
