Hitting a Blot What does it mean?

• A blot is a checker placed alone on a point.
• To hit a blot is to place your checker instead of
  the opponent's blot and place his/her blot on the
  bar.

Entering in Backgammon

• When you have checker or more on the bar, your
  chief goal would be to enter the checker or
  checkers from the bar to the other player's home
  board.

How Can you Enter from the Bar

• If you roll 4 and 6, you can move the checker
  from the bar to the 4-point or to the 6-point (as
  long as they are open points, i.e. not occupied
  by two or more checkers).
