  • Anyone attending a BG coaching course must have
    BG membership and BG CRB check

Club Welfare Officers
  • From October 2006 all clubs registered with BG
    had to nominate a Welfare Officer in order to
    renew their membership.
  • From October 2007 all clubs registered with BG
    must have a trained Welfare Officer to validate
    their BG membership

  • Child Protection Awareness Course BG or other
    recognised course
  • Time to Listen Course
  • Child Protection Implementation Course
  • Regional Program of support

  • Currently 2 Regional Welfare Officers
  • Aiming to have 4 1 per sub region
  • BG Ethics and Welfare Department 4 staff
  • Program of support for RWO run Nationally by BG
