- 6 Time Out For Safety communications will be
issued in a year. - Additional Time Out For Safety communications
may be produced where required.
3Where do I get the information
- The TOFS is compiled by SHEQ Centre
- Published on the SBA2 Intranet Site
- Distributed via email to

- Oil Gas Leadership and Management Teams
- CoP Leaders
4Who?
- The TOFS communication must be rolled out to all
workers globally, whether in the office, on
site or offshore. - The Roles Responsibilities table below details
the specific responsibilities with regard to
TOFS.
5How?
- The communication is to be linked in with
existing safety meetings. - Not Replacing
- Not Adding
- TOFS Material will be pushed to action parties
to deliver - Emphasis on leadership to go and get / find out.
Format
- Each communication pack will consist of a
summary, (example on the next slide) and
supporting documents. - The TOFS guidance document provides detailed
information regarding the effective delivery of a
TOFS session.
