    members allowing seamless access to all Alumni
    information with particular focus on upcoming
    events
  • Provide Alumni with a set of efficient tools to
    reach out potential new members not aware of the
    activity and existence of our Alumni
  • Make available an easy an quick channel of
    communication with all Alumni from other
    geographical areas interested for personal or
    business reason in reaching out our Alumni or one
    of its members
  • Improve visibility of our Alumni with all
    potential partners interested in cooperating with
    us on projects and initiatives

A group has been activated on LinkedIn to
increase visibility
All members of the Group have the logo of the
Association shown on their profile.

    the chance for the Alumni to be reached
    proactively by new members and potential partners

  • XING the social platform of the Alumni with goal

    (not possible with our website or any other

    thus facilitating for new member to join,
    potential partners to link with us
  • External members are also admitted, when resident
    in Switzerland and introduced by an effective
    member
  • All Alumni events managed with this tool, alumni
    only and open to friends (selection of attendees
    available)

Alumnibocconi.ch is the official website of the
association
  • Create a natural, neutral and official website to
    introduce our association and improve our
    external visibility, with the guarantee of an
    high image standard
  • Concentrate relevant Alumni information and
    documents for members (from meeting reports to
    pictures of wine-tasting tour)
  • Dispose to a solid platform to manage our
    members DB
  • Create a safe environment to upload members
    profiles and CVs, to let them safely circulate
    (only for members that agrees on it)
  • Allows members to find professional into our DB,
    depending on search criteria, into that safe
    environment (only for members that agrees on it)
  • Guarantee circulation of job openings (to
    effective members first)
  • Have an open basis to interact with members (eg.
    Im selling a karaoke call my neighbors),
    with the highest possible visibility

    the older version
  • Each member is responsible for the correctness /
    update of the info on her/his CV
  • CVs can be collected into a CV-Book, which Board
    members will download via FTP

    Bekto) manage/coordinate the updates of the
    website content, prepare and send newsletter
  • Information Officer (Davide Grasso) manages the
    website, maintains the databases
