for the Long War - Enhancing the interoperability of command and
control so decision makers at all levels have the
right information at the right time - Organizing, training and equipping Joint Task

capabilities to make them effective - Merging operations and intelligence so we can
find the enemy as well as we fix/finish/analyze
and exploit - Providing enabling capabilities that support
Joint Force Commanders so that they can rapidly
and effectively stand up their JTF HQ and execute
