A Closer Look at the New Forms1 Client
Accounting Form
  • Starting today, a personalized bar-coded version
will come attached to every lead you download for
    your convenience
  • A CAF form (either lead or non-lead version) is
required for every household you write in.
(Multiple apps in the same household only need
    one CAF form)
  • The form with the bar-code at the top is for
sales that directly resulted from the lead it is
    attached to.
  • The non-lead form without the barcode at the top
can be used for all other non-lead sales. (more
    on that later)

A Closer Look at the New Forms1 Client
Accounting Form
  • Each form is personalized with your NAA
  • The bar-code at the top matches the customer
number of the lead. (Thats how we track the
    sale back to the lead.)

A Closer Look at the New Forms2 Emergency
Response System Form
  • Starting today, a personalized bar-coded version
will come attached to every lead you download for
    your convenience
  • KIT Marketing will send the ERS letters out to
    your clients network for you.
  • 3 letters per household sent for FREE to NAA
Presidents Club members and new agents
  • If you collect more than 3 ERS contacts in a
household, KIT Marketing will bill you for just
    a few cents each
  • Participation in ERS is not required, and
therefore this form is not required.

A Closer Look at the New Forms2 Emergency
Response System Form
  • Sean Loomis recommends in the ERS system that
you take a blank ERS letter in the home, and have
    the client complete it.
  • We will have a personalized, blank ERS letter
available for download on the MyLeads page
  • Before you submit the app, transcribe the
information from the blank letter to this form,
and KIT Marketing will mail out the letter on
    your behalf!
  • No licking
  • No stamping
  • No trips to the post office

So far, so good? Pretty simple, right?
  • But wait a minute!
  • What about sales that dont come from leads?
  • What if I need to send more than 3 ERS letters?
  • Load up your briefcase withpersonalized Non-Lead
    forms!!

10
A Closer Look at the New Forms1 Client
Accounting Form (Non-Lead)
  • Each form is personalized with your NAA
  • The information is basically the same. You
simply tell us where the sale came from.
  • If the sale is from the result of an ERS letter,
or an existing client, enter a phone number in
the field provided and you will get credit for
    making a sale through ERS.
  • Note We cant give you recognition for ERS
sales if you mail your own ERS letters.
  • Keep a stack of these in your briefcase.

11
A Closer Look at the New Forms2 Emergency
Response System Form (Non-Lead)
  • Exactly the same as the bar-coded version, except
for the lead bar-code at the top.
  • Feel free to use as many of these as needed for
your ERS letters. As long as the forms are all
included in the same stack for the same
household, well know how to handle the extra
    sheets.
  • Keep a stack of these in your briefcase

12
How to download the Non-Lead forms
  • Login to MyLeads, and download your personalized
    non-lead forms.
  • One-size-DOESNT-fit-all! All the forms weve
mentioned so far have YOUR NAA attached.
  • Be sure to have plenty of non-lead ERS and
    Client Accounting Forms on-hand!
