EURO Choices
  • The Works, we professionally pack your belongings
    and ship them in a container door to door
    including unpacking set up overseas.
  • You pack your things and we collect.

    nearest receiving terminal.
  • Once overseas we customs clear deliver or you
    collect from the port yourself.

The Works
  • Basically we do everything. We do all the
    packing, loading, shipping, clear it through
    customs, deliver it to your new residence, unpack
    everything and set up beds etc then take away all
    the packing debris. A 20 foot and 40 foot
    shipping container can be quoted lump sum and a
    smaller shipment will be quoted per cubic foot.

Load your own Container
  • If you have the time, energy and the will to save
    money, you can pack your own things and load them
    into a shipping container positioned at your
    residence. After 24-36 hours we will collect the
    container and ship it to the destination where we
    can often clear it through customs and position
    the container for you to unload yourself. As you
    pay for the whole container all rates are
    guaranteed lump sum prices excluding any taxes,
    duties, customs fees, demurrage per diem.

You pack we collect
  • For smaller loads, you can still save money by
    packing your self and then arranging for us to
    collect the items. In most cases we can deliver a
    crate to your house for you to load. We will then
    ship it to the destination, clear it through
    customs and deliver the shipment to your
    residence for you to unpack in your own time.

BYOBBring you own boxes
  • If your shipment will fit in your car or truck
    then pack your own items and save big by
    bringing the shipment to us. We will the ship it
    to the destination, clear through customs and
    deliver to your new residence for you to unpack
    in your own time.

    Chicago, Seattle, Miami, Houston, New York,
    Jacksonville, Oakland.

You Pack We Ship
  • For shipments smaller than a container load we
    can deliver a crate to your residence for you to
    pack into. 24-48 hours later we will collect the
    crate and truck it to our nearest export terminal
    for shipping or airfreight overseas. In most
    cases and if customs allow, the same crate will
    be delivered to your new residence.

Shipping Cars Bikes
  • You can ship cars and motor bikes out of America
    fairly easily providing you have a title in your
    name and there are no liens noted on the title.
  • If you have a car and some belongings these can
    often be loaded into a 20 foot container or if
    you are just shipping a car then a roll on roll
    off ferry is often the best way.
  • We also offer a part load car and bike shipping
    service to England, where you can pick it up
    after customs clearance at our terminal in
    Mildenhall Suffolk.

Paperwork
  • Customs paperwork depends on where you are going.
    Our office has customs forms for England,
    America, New Zealand and Australia. Other customs
    forms are available from the destination agent
    and can be completed upon your arrival at your
    destination.
  • If we are packing we will complete a packing
    list. If you are packing your own things then you
    need to make a packing list per box e.g. Box 1
    Toys, Box 2 Books, Box 3 Clothes. Write the
    corresponding number and your name on the carton
    also.
  • We also ask you to sign a contract before your
    move which confirms the price, origin and
    destination, services that we are to perform,
    insurance if required and your contact
    information.

Insurance
  • Depending on the service you choose depends on
    what insurance we can offer.
  • Basically if we pack it we can insure it for
    replacement value against all major risks.
  • If you pack the shipment, we can offer total loss
    insurance which is a much smaller premium but it
    will not pay out for any damage or missing items
    but it will pay you back the sum you insured it
    for in the rare event that your shipment was
    totally lost.

Storage
  • If you are not ready to move into your new
    residence we can either store in America and ship
    your goods once you are ready for them or store
    them at the country of destination awaiting for
    you to call and arrange delivery.

  • If I do my own packing, where do I get packing
    materials? Most self store, UHaul, Staples, Home
    Depots sell everything you need or if you are
    close by to us we stock most items too.
  • Do you only move people to Europe? No we move
    people all over the world, its just our main
    market. We also move a lot to Australia and New
    Zealand.
  • Can I arrange my own delivery overseas? Yes we
    can ship to the arrival port of your choice and
    you can customs clear yourself and arrange your
    own delivery.
  • Can you move my things from overseas to America?
    Yes we have agents that we have worked with for
    many years that are professional, competitive and
    operate at the same high standards as EUROUSA
  • When do I pay? We normally ask for a deposit
    before your move and ask for the balance before
    we ship unless your company has existing credit
    arrangements with us.
  • How do I pay? You can pay by wire transfer,
    personal check or credit card.

Helpful Hints
  • When packing make sure your box is packed full.
    Tape it shut write your name destination box
    number on the top.
  • Dont ever pack a box that heavy that you cant
    lift it. 2 lighter boxes are better than one
    large heavy box.
  • Dont use news paper on china and glass.
  • Dont pack any opened bottles, aerosols, food
    stuff, Alcohol, cleaner fluids in your shipment.
  • Load heavy boxes at the bottom and lighter ones
    on top.
  • Make a packing list by numbering all your boxes
    and listing each box number and brief contents
    description on paper e.g. box 1 Toys, Box 2
    Books, Box 3, Kitchenware.
  • Dont pack jewelry, money, drugs, important
    paperwork, passports, airline tickets in the
    shipment.

Helpful Hints 2
  • Dont wait till the day before your departure to
    get moved out. Trucks do breakdown, bad weather
    occurs, truckers go on strike, so give yourself a
    couple of days lee way.
  • Dont just pick the cheapest price without
    checking to see that everything is included that
    you requested. Also get the quotation in writing.
  • Make sure your mover is licensed and get
    references. There are many cowboys in this
    business who will gladly take your money and
    never ship your goods or hold them for ransom to
    get more money from you before releasing the
    shipment to you.
  • Dont deal with a mover that does not give you a
    physical office address, doesnt answer the
    phone, you never speak to the same person twice,
    cant speak English !
  • Theres no such thing as a free lunch, if the
    price is half what everyone else quoted then its
    too good to be true and it will cost you more in
    the end !
  • Ask questions and see if they sound like they
    know what they are doing.
  • EUROUSA has Americans stationed in England
    English residing in America, all of whom have
    experience International moving first hand at
    least once and in some cases a lot more.
