Policy
  • The Civil Air Patrol has zero tolerance for all
    forms of child abuse and drug abuse within the
    CAP program.
  • The protection of CAP cadets is the highest
    priority
  • The best effort has been made to eliminate both
    child abuse and drug abuse from all CAP
    activities.

Types of Cadet Abuse
  • Sexual
  • Molestation, touching, contact, exposure,
    suggestions
  • Physical
  • Assault, hitting, kicking, pushing
  • Hazing
  • Conduct whereby someone causes another to suffer
    or to be exposed to any activity that is cruel,
    abusive, humiliating, oppressive, demeaning, or
    harmful.

    responsible
