HHSS Child Abuse and Neglect Reports

• Came from a Task Force recommendation to share
  CAN reports better between HHSS and law
  enforcement
• Funded through an NGA grant
• Pulls data from HHSS simultaneous to a report
  being sent to law enforcement for investigation
• Data is searchable on NCJIS
• Developed a GJXDM compliant IEPD that will allow
  agencies to receive data from NCJIS
