Estar

• Estar (to be, am, is, are) is used to indicate
  more temporary aspects of people or things, such
  as
• 1. Location - La silla está en la cocina.
•    2. Condition or emotion that is subject to
  change - Estoy enfermo.
•    3. Personal observations or reactions, how
  something "seems" or "feels" - La cocina está
        limpia.
