8CCETs - What Next?
We all need much greater clarity about our role
/ responsibilities / accountabilities and support
mechanisms. so the workshops should be most
useful!
9CCETs - What Next?
I believe that CCETs need even more
independence and that greater resources are
essential if we are to move our agenda forward
quickly. There probably needs to be a shift of
power from ELWa to the CCETs if we are to avoid
overlaps.
10CCETs - What Next?
There is a huge need for a well thought out
planning framework where we each have an
understanding of our partners aims, and a
genuine opportunity to influence them CCETs are
absolutely the NATURAL PLACE for this discussion
and process.
11Achievements to date for Powys CCET
- Positive outlook and contributions from key
partners - Genuine recognition that things need to change
and that we are the only team that can deliver - A very strong desire to get past the talking
stage and actually deliver learner benefit
collaboratively - Enhanced understanding of each others
organisations
12Achievements to date for Powys CCET
- Partnership Plan
- 5 projects with learner benefit outcomes
- Engaging thoroughly with our communities and
communicating significantly with the voluntary
sector - Powys CCET is the first CCET to develop a
Learning Forum in association with ELWa and NIACE
