    Counseling Department is to provide a
    comprehensive and developmental guidance program
    encompassing personal, social, academic, and
    career goals for all students to become
    productive and content members of society in
    accordance with the American School Counseling
    Association National Model as adopted by the
    Everett School District.

OTG Interventions
  • Developed a graduation trajectory profile for all
    seniors
  • Identified seniors who could access credit
    recovery and graduate in June
  • Identified seniors who could access summer
    intervention and graduated in August
  • Created a position in charge of
    trajectory/profile tracking at all high schools

  • Run failure lists by school, class and teacher
    and share with staff
  • Identify courses with a high failure rate and
    plan interventions
  • Establish a 2nd semester credit-recovery option
