collect benefits while living in another state. - Be familiar with the IB Agreements

- Interstate Arrangement for Combining Employment
and Wages (CWC) - Current Regulations
- Wages in two or more states
- Can file in any state, even without wages
- Change is on the horizon
- Wages in two or more states and
- Must have wages in paying states base period
15Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees
(UCFE)
- UI program for civilian employees of the Federal
government - UCFE claims paid same as regular UI
- Wages must be in states base period
- Wages not assigned until claim filed
- Use the correct FIC and Destination Code
16Unemployment Compensation for Ex-servicemembers
(UCX)
- UI for the Armed Forces!
- Must physically be located in state of filing
- Must have served first full term/be honorably
discharged - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard are
the military branches covered under UCX - Commissioned Corps members of the U.S. Public
Health Services and the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration are also included in
program - Paid the same amount/in the same way as regular
UI
